Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from one of our two warehouses in Canada. If you’re in western Canada, your order will ship out of Burnaby, BC. All other orders ship out of Markham, ON. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

 

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping with a minimum purchase of $69, or just $7.99 flat rate for smaller orders.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship out orders from Monday-Friday, and your order will typically leave our warehouse within 1 business day of being placed. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days for most metropolitan areas in Canada.

 

Will I be charged import fees, duties, taxes, or other brokerage fees?

No – because we ship from Canada.

 

Do I need to order the whole box, or can I just try one?

Our website offers whole boxes of delicious NuGo bars at a great price. If you would just like to try just one bar, you can find our bars at retailers across Canada.

 

How does NuGO ensure that the products are Gluten-Free?

The FDA standard for labeling a product gluten-free is testing to ensure it contains less than 20ppm of gluten. At NuGo, all bars that say gluten-free on the label have been batch tested to below 10ppm, a stronger standard than the FDA requires. We manage allergens strictly during manufacturing, and all shared equipment is heat treated and cleaned before use with our gluten-free products in order for us to maintain the highest standard to ensure the products test below 10ppm.

 

Does the Gluten-Free Product contain Oats? If so, how are these Oats sourced?

We’re proud to offer you a selection of gluten free choices, NuGo Protein Cookies, NuGo Dark, and NuGo Slim.  The only gluten-free product line that contain oats are NuGo Protein Cookies. We source certified gluten-free oats and oat flour, never mechanically separated oats. Additionally, all of our gluten-free products are certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO).
